2. About the website and services
The site describes carrier-side dispatch support: load-search assistance, broker communications, rate-negotiation support under the carrier's direction, dispatch coordination, documentation assistance, load-tracking coordination and POD follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not create a carrier relationship or agreement. Dispatch support begins only after onboarding is completed and the terms of service are agreed with the carrier.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee load availability, rates, revenue, profitability or broker payment. Carriers retain final approval of every load.
4. Carrier responsibilities
Carriers remain responsible for their own operations, authority, insurance, equipment, safety and regulatory compliance, and for their decisions to accept or decline loads.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or send unlawful or harmful content.
6. Text messaging
Text messages are governed by our SMS Terms. Consent is optional and not required to use our services. See also our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, names and logos belong to Weskco Global LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
